Disclaimer

Last updated June 29, 2026

This disclaimer explains how to read the information on this site and what Squeaky Hoods LLC can and can't promise. For a friendlier walk-through of how we work, see what to expect; for the full terms, see our Terms of Service.

Results of the work

Every kitchen is different. What a system looks like when we're finished depends on how much grease is on it, how long since the last clean, how much of the duct run and the fan we can physically reach, the work you book, and things outside our control. We can't guarantee a specific outcome, that every job will be finished in one visit, or that the result will match a photo or example. Nor can we guarantee what an inspector will rule. If something isn't right, tell us promptly and we'll look at it with you.

Information on this site

The content on this website is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don't warrant that everything is complete, error-free, or up to date, and nothing here is professional, legal, engineering, or fire-safety advice. Anything we describe about cleaning, inspection intervals or NFPA 96 is general guidance, not a determination about your system — and it doesn't replace your own fire marshal, your insurer, or the authority having jurisdiction.

Your premises

We treat your premises and equipment with care. If something is damaged during a job, let us know right away so we can address it. Sealed panels, equipment that must not be moved, and anything another contractor looks after aren't always obvious to us, so please point out anything we should avoid before we start. How liability is handled is described in our Terms of Service.

Our site may link to other websites we don't control, such as our social media. We share them for convenience and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
