One machine, and what goes out with it
The list above isn’t four different trades. It’s one job — getting grease off metal — taken as far up the system as the work calls for: the filters and the canopy, then the plenum, then the duct, then the fan on the roof.
That’s why a look at the system comes first. What you cook, how long since the last clean and how the ducts run decide the work, so they decide the quote.
