Welcome to Squeaky Hoods. This site and the work booked through it are ours — Squeaky Hoods LLC — and “we” means that company everywhere below. We provide hood and filter cleaning through to ductwork and rooftop fans across Brevard County, Florida — the current list is on our services page. By using this site you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and honest — if anything is unclear, just ask us.
Quotes and booking
Requesting a quote isn't a binding contract — it's the start of a conversation. We'll review the details you send, ask any follow-up questions, and give you a clear price for the work. A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on the service, the date, and the price.
Scheduling and site access
To do the work, we need safe access to the kitchen and to the roof where the fan is part of the job, at the scheduled time, with the cooking line cold. Please let us know how we'll get in (you'll be there, a key, or a code) and tell us about anything you'd like us to leave alone — equipment that must not be moved, an access panel that has been sealed, or anything another contractor looks after. If we can't access the work at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule.
Payment
The way to get started is to request a free quote, and we'll arrange payment with you directly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change as the scope of work changes.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens — if you need to cancel or move an appointment, just let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We'll do the same for you if something on our end changes, and we'll work with you to find a new time that fits.
If something isn’t right
If something was missed or the job didn't come out the way you expected, tell us promptly and we'll look at it with you. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to put right.
