What this service covers
Some of this work cannot wait for the next scheduled slot. An inspection lands sooner than expected, a fan seizes, a system that was somebody else's responsibility turns out not to have been cleaned in years, or you simply cannot serve until the hood is dealt with. We answer the phone around the clock for exactly that.
Tell us what has happened and how long you have. We will say honestly whether it can be done in the window you have got — and if it cannot, we will say that too, rather than turn up and half-finish it. The work itself is the same work, to the same standard, with the same certificate at the end; what changes is when we come.
